Your message content is sent to these providers solely to generate a response, and is governed by their enterprise data-protection commitments, which prohibit them from using your content to train their public models. We may also use de-identified or aggregated message data to evaluate, debug, and improve Ollie’s own systems (for example, to measure response quality or detect abuse). Message content may be reviewed or used in aggregate to improve Ollie’s systems, with safeguards in place to protect user privacy.

The Ollie Text Assistant is intended for use by adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Adults may use Ollie to manage information about their household, including their children. When you do, you are the user and are responsible for the information you share about your child. We treat that information as your User Content under our Terms of Use.
